There are not many things that can put fear in your heart like receiving a letter in the mail that has three little initials on the envelope: IRS. For my friends that do not live in the United States of America, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is the nation’s tax collection agency that is responsible for collecting taxes and administers the Internal Revenue Code enacted by Congress. There are plenty of times when it feels like the IRS is out to get us. But are they really? In this episode of Disrupt Your Money, I am hoping to help you reframe how you think about the IRS. You may even begin to appreciate them!
